Demolition Shots (in progress)

Well, we couldn't wait and so started with the demo. This is our future living room. We met with a few architects for the entire house and a contractor for a bit of help on this room as we are going to punch through the wall to build a closet. And without further ado...

Nothing else to say but the first strawberry that our new garden has ever produced. Isn't he cute?

So, in a bought of insight and post rental unit workd, we decided to hold off on further renovation until we had a grander plan for the house. There are some long term renovations that we want to do but want to make the short term work help (not hurt) us in the long term. So for the past few weeks we have been speaking with architects to get a realistic sense of what is and what is not possible to accomplish. We'll be back at work on demo this weekend and will post pics. In the meantime, we'll post some garden pics this week. The newly planted garden is taking off!
