Top Floor Bathroom Shower Ideas

Roof over boiler room
The roof over the boiler/ laundry room needs to be repaired at some point. Here's a before picture.
I found a cool "green" idea on re-nest.com with a modular green roof tiles and solar thermal panels for the hot water heater.
